Dr. Tonya Cunningham is a grief counselor, ordained minister, and transitional life coach who merges clinical expertise with spiritual insight to bring healing to the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. With a heart deeply rooted in faith and a mind grounded in trauma informed care, she specializes in grief recovery, emotional wellness, and inner healing and deliverance.
She has become a trusted voice of hope and healing for those navigating loss, transition, and inner pain. She is the founder of Let’s Talk Healing, Inc and Dr. Tonya Enterprises, LLC, entities that provide coaching, counseling, and consulting in the areas of grief, mental health, and wellness, empowering people to confront pain, break strongholds, and heal holistically.
Dr. Tonya is a trendsetter and truthsayer with a message that’s changing the way we handle grief, hurt and loss of any kind. With over three decades of experience in ministry, grief support, and the death care profession, Dr. Tonya brings both depth and compassion to every space she serves.
She is highly esteemed as a leading expert in the grief and death care industry and is a sought after speaker for her ability to educate, inspire, and transform. She skillfully weaves together her education, lived experience, contagious enthusiasm, humor, and even the art of dance to deliver dynamic services—including seminars, workshops, and trainings that resonate deeply with diverse audiences. Whether working with individuals, families, congregations, or corporate teams, Dr. Tonya creates safe, sacred spaces for healing. Helping people process hidden grief, overcome soul wounds, and walk in emotional and spiritual freedom.
Dr. Tonya is the mother of her baby girl, Chelsea, who died after living 2 hours and 12 minutes, adopted son, D’Anthony and the proud Dog Mom of her two fur babies, Westies: Mister Cunningham and Bentley Sebastian Cunningham.

Shanna Neal, although born and raised in the driven city of Chicago, completed undergrad studies in Tulsa, Oklahoma at ORU in Elementary Education. Upon returning to Chicago, Shanna’s love for children and the family motivated her pursuit professionally in both teaching in the classroom & joyfully transitioning to social work.
As Shanna became more sensitive to the challenges of the Chicago child welfare system, more professional training as a permanency specialist seemed natural to see children in a permanent loving, and safe home. This became the most rewarding chapter professionally but also a catalyst for an increased appetite to help people toward better ends. While maintaining this bi-vocational status with her “first” call to ministry as a youth pastor eventually this call became louder, and full-time ministry came about. This call into the service of the local church led to completing graduate studies with an emphasis on Biblical Studies while pursuing more education and training in Biblical Counseling & inner healing.
Shanna and her husband Doug, (of over 28 years and 3 adult children) as a team serve as Sr. Pastors of Christian Life Center in South Bend Indiana. Together, they have also founded and lead an annual Family Life Conference, uniting families to love, live, and lead their tribe for the glory of God. Shanna is the author of “HeartWork:From a house of sand to one that stands,” She also leads the ministry of HeartWork & Soul Care: a ministry of support, healing, and wholeness.

Brittany Calhoun is the Worship Pastor, and Children’s / Preteen Pastor at Life Church in Lebanon, Tn. She has a passion for helping people of all ages pursue the presence of God, through creative teaching, event speaking, worship leadership, and curriculum development. Brittany is dedicated to equipping ministry leaders with engaging, Bible-based resources that make faith come alive. Known for her high-energy communication style and heart for the next generation, she is especially passionate about teaching those she ministers to how to hear the voice of God, encounter His presence, and passionately seek Him through praise and worship. Combining biblical truth, practical application, humor, and interactive experiences, Brittany’s heart is to raise up a generation who walk in the power of God, are filled with His Spirit, and empowered to boldly live out their faith every day.
Information Technology, Creative & Strategic Planner
Yazminda Dickerson is a devoted wife, loving mother, and multi-talented professional whose life is anchored in faith, purpose, and service. A creative and strategic planner by nature, she brings both insight and compassion into everything she does—whether she’s solving complex IT challenges, organizing impactful events, or offering encouragement to those around her.
With a successful career in Information Technology and multiple certifications under her belt, Yazminda is known for her precision, discernment, and resilience. Her journey as a wife and mother has shaped her into a patient, understanding guide who meets people where they are—with grace and empathy.
She will continue her pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology this fall, further deepening her passion for understanding people and walking with them in truth and wisdom.
Yazminda is dedicated to living in the will of God and using her gifts to uplift and equip others. Her kind spirit, attention to detail, and strong sense of purpose make her a steady presence in any room. She is a powerful voice of encouragement for women determined to live with purpose, peace, and spiritual confidence, while passionately advocating for their journey of identity, healing, and calling in Christ.
