Shipping & Returns Policy

 

Shipping

• Orders for physical merchandise are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
• Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.

 

Returns & Refunds

• Books & Merchandise (fulfilled by Wisdom Workshop, LLC): Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are processed once returned items are received at the Wisdom Workshop, LLC warehouse in their original condition. Customers must initiate a return request using the contact form on our website.
• Digital Products: All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. If you experience difficulty accessing your digital product, please contact our customer care team directly at info@wisdomworkshop.net for assistance.
• Drop-Ship Merchandise (fulfilled via Printify): Returns, exchanges, and refunds for drop-shipped items are governed by Printify’s return policy. Customers should review Printify’s guidelines for eligibility.
